1 Flexible Support Session
- 30 minutes
- Use it anytime during the 4 weeks
- For when something comes up and you don’t want to wait
Between-Session Support
- Email or messaging access
- Replies within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
- For quick questions, feedback, or staying on track
Support Boundaries
- 1:1 onboarding closed the last day of each month
- Sessions begin the first week of the month
- No weekend sessions or messaging
- Messages are for support, not ongoing back-and-forth coaching
- Deeper work stays inside scheduled sessions
- 24hr messaging reply window
- No refunds once the program begins
