In this 6 week course students will be introduced to the basics of improvisation, and play some fun games in preparation for a public performance on Mon. December 16th.
Improv is a great exercise for people of all ages, as it encourages the celebration of individuality, creativity and imagination - the more unique you are the better. Improv offers the opportunity to work on communication skills and good team work habits.
No previous experience required!

Our 8 week program will begin on Monday January 13th from 6pm-7pm and will continue until Monday February 24th, with a performance scheduled for Monday March 2nd, from 6pm-7pm.
Admission to the performance is $5/person with all money going back to the students who perform in the show!

Join local award-winning artist Lacie Williamson in studio, where she will share her tips and tricks to create the best version of your creative vision!
Students are encouraged to drop-in between 4pm and 7pm, whenever is most convenient for your schedule. Students are welcome to stay for more than one hour per session but payment must be received in advance of studio time.
Students will receive one on one attention, in order to make the best version of their creations, and benefit from creating in a social atmosphere surrounded by creative peers.
Our Winter 2020 session will begin Wednesday January 15th and ends February 19th.

We are teaming up with RachelleandKids to offer Yoga in 2020!
Rachelle is a registered Early Childhood Educator and Children's Yoga Instructor. Rachelle has been working with children and youth throughout Canada for the last 15 years. Her experience includes touring as a motivational speaker, working as a respite worker and support facilitator for children with special needs, as a private in-home nanny and RECE within licensed child care programs throughout Hamilton and Niagara.
$70 for six weeks, bi-weekly or drop in for $15/class

The group meets weekly on Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm.
Participation in the weekly meet up is free. Although we will have a donation jar available, for use of the space. Participants are expected to provide their own materials.
Beginners or those looking to learn are welcome. We have two volunteers who have offered to assist in teaching and providing guidance for newbies or beginners.
All ages are welcome, although only children looking to learn to knit or crochet are welcome. There will be no other activities or materials provided to keep them busy. Please understand this evening is a time for some parents to make space for themselves.
Participants are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. The studio offers a fridge, toaster oven and kettle for use. Participants are expected to clean up after themselves.
Please do not bring food items with nuts, in consideration of allergies.
